SERVPRO of Miami Beach is hiring a Project Coordinator
. ONLY IF YOU ARE A FLORIDA RESIDENT (Miami, Miami Beach, North Miami, South Miami, Kendall, Homestead, Florida Keys, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale).

The Project Coordinator will work as a liaison for the customer to identify project requirements and specifications, as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment!

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
  • Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Work closely with Office Manager and Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
  • Bilingual:
    English & Spanish Required
  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented, work holidays and after hours
  • Must be knowledgeable in the following computer applications:
    Adobe Acrobat, Office 365:
    Outlook, Excel. Plus if also uses:
    Xactimate, Work Center 2.0, AR workflow, Video and imaging editing applications.
  • Resident of Miami, Miami-Dade County, Miami Beach, North Miami, South Miami, Hollywood, Pinecrest, Kendall, Homestead, and/or the Florida Keys
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast‑paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
