Location: North Austin

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping prospective residents find their next home.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective residents.
Conduct apartment tours and explain community amenities.
Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries.
Process rental applications and lease agreements.
Maintain resident files and leasing records.
Follow up with prospects and maintain occupancy goals.
Assist with resident relations and retention efforts.
Support marketing and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
