POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, order processing, sales support activities, and day-to-day customer operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and account support activities while delivering exceptional service
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
- Process orders, maintain account information, and support customer documentation needs
- Track and communicate order status, product information, and service updates to customers
- Identify and proactively resolve issues while providing thoughtful solutions and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations
- 2+ years of experience within a customer service representative role
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP or order management systems preferred
- $22.00–$24.00/hour
