Responsibilities
A Netspend Global Partner Specialist is part of the support team that provides information to our global partners in a professional and timely manner. The role supports internal Netspend employees and our partnership network as they navigate multiple tools to resolve issues presented through calls, chats or emails. Work varies and includes handling escalations, assisting tellers with tool navigation, answering process questions, setting up partner tools, pulling invoice information for accounting, working fraud emails to freeze funds, and assisting leadership with ad hoc projects.
The specialist communicates clearly, tracks multiple partner and client issues, and keeps leadership alert to knowledge or training concerns. They work 100% of all responsibilities daily and stay flexible to work any of the hours Partner Services is open.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, including time management and multitasking, as the role requires handling multiple tasks at once
- Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
- Experience de‑escalating people, superior soft skills and the ability to think outside the box, and a desire to continuously grow skills, knowledge and abilities
- Ownership mindset and a desire to grow within Netspend
- Ability to work onsite in the Austin, Texas office
- High school education required; university level coursework appreciated

- Bilingual Spanish speaker
