Job Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our product cancellations and customer service operations in Austin, TX. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Process cancellations for all products with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review cancellation requests for missing information, pending claims, and policy status.
  • Assist with printing and mailing checks to the appropriate recipients.
  • Respond to lender requests and maintain the Ford website.
  • Manage work email to ensure timely communication.
  • Answer high‑volume calls from dealerships and customers regarding cancellations and service issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support additional tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in insurance, financial services, or automotive).
  • Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Located in Austin, TX and available to work in office twice per month.
  • Proficient with MS Office and capable of learning new systems quickly.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive, learning‑oriented attitude and adaptability to procedural changes.
