Hourly rate: $19 - $19.50

About the RoleWe’re seeking a professional and service-oriented Garage Concierge to support the daily operations of a luxury residential community parking facility.
This role is responsible for ensuring residents, guests, and vendors can safely and efficiently access and navigate the garage while delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment.
What You’ll Do- Safely operate, park, and retrieve resident and guest vehicles
- Monitor visitor parking and ensure garage policies are followed
- Assist residents and guests with packages, groceries, and other items as needed
- Check vendors in and out while providing access instructions and guidelines
- Monitor security cameras and report safety or security concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of garage areas, including waste and recycling stations
- Support residents and guests with elevator access and general assistance
- Complete daily garage operations tasks and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
- Provide professional and courteous service to residents, guests, vendors, and team members
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in concierge, valet, hospitality, residential, or customer service environments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team mindset
