Position: Leasing Consultant Austin, TX (South)

Overview

We have a fantastic Leasing Consultant opportunity available! Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Our continued success is attributed to a hands‑on approach to daily operations and a focus on the customer experience.

Location

South Austin, TX (placement at one of our beautiful communities)

Pay

Hourly rates starting at $20/hour, with increases based on experience and quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Weekdays 9‑6, Saturdays 9‑5, Sundays closed. Saturdays are worked in a rotation with the team.

Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and the team. You will juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks and receive all training and support needed to excel.
