Airline Customer Service Representative at AUS Airport

Position Overview

Airline Customer Service Representative at Austin‑Bergstrom International Airport. Part‑time, $21/hr spanish speaking a plus.

• Learn behind‑the‑scenes workings of an international airport.
• Rotate through check‑in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport.
• Navigate various challenges and flight activities to ensure on‑time performance.
• Interact professionally with high‑profile passengers.
• Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.

• At least 18 years of age; high school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp, and pick up items; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• English proficient; other languages are a plus.
• Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures.

Shift: TBD. Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation. Daily operation requires five days of work per week. Schedule may include M/T/W/F/Sun or other arrangements.
