As Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow the agency through meaningful client relations, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
