Established Farmers Insurance Agency seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Due to continued growth and success, we are looking to expand our already stellar team. Note:
A large percentage of our existing Book of Business are Spanish-only speaking clients. Any candidate that applies for this position should be able to communicate with them fluently.
Note:
Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License is required. If you do not have an active P&C License, you'll need to obtain that prior to starting the job.

- Contact existing clients to schedule policy review appointments with Agents
- Contact potential clients to schedule sales meetings for Agents

- Help maintain overall organization of the office
- Enter, file, and manage account information in computer system
- Process and handle client payments
- Brings with them an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude

- Is professional, polite & personable
- Will provide exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients
- Possess excellent organizational skills with proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up
- Operates well in a fast-paced work environment
- Possesses excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Possesses proficient computer/math skills
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Is proactive, self-disciplined and can prioritize duties
- Possesses strong understanding of Social Media, and can create unique/engaging content
- Is comfortable working with a small team and independently
- Can handle a variety of reception and data processing duties while providing administrative support for our team
- Has reliable transportation to and from work
- Has a High School diploma (or equivalent)
