Evening Customer Service Rep - BILINGUAL

Company Overview

Mr. Greens has grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida, delivering produce 365 days a year to a wide range of customers including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

Mr. Greens is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to resolve escalated customer issues, collaborate with clients and vendors, and respond to customer claims. The role involves analyzing errors and providing feedback to improve procedures.

• Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders, inquiring about inventory, order status, and delivery times, etc.
• Handle and respond to all customer and sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide excellent customer service and aim to resolve questions on the first call.
• Facilitate communication among customers, sales, transportation, and warehouse teams.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience with at least two years in a related field.

Evening shift: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM. Must be able to work weekends.

This position works in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels. The employee sits for long periods while operating a keyboard and communicating via telephone, may stand/walk on a level surface throughout the day, and occasionally lifts items up to 15 pounds.
