Call Center Middle Consultant

Salary: $20-30 per hour

• Provide assistance to guests while troubleshooting issues and help them find solutions.
• Navigate between multiple concurrent laptop applications to complete tasks.
• Take ownership of emergency situations and coordinate resolution.
• Meet departmental metrics, including efficiency targets.
• Maintain complete records about Disney’s global lodging using various software packages.
• Engage with guest needs by answering questions, giving instructions, and presenting information about park attractions or nearby areas.
• Develop relationships with visitors and cast members from all business lines to deliver excellent service.
• Complete all required business training and compliance guides as assigned.
• Adapt work schedule to include additional time, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Wear personal protective equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) when required.

• Experience in a guest services environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and dual-monitor setups.
• Knowledge of Disney merchandise.
• Ability to resolve conflicts by making decisions that balance integrity and cooperation.
• Adaptability to changing operational needs.
• Maintain guest confidentiality.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Meet Disney international transfer requirements.

• Experience in a Disney global contact center.
• Working knowledge of Disney global products and services.
• Understanding of the Disney Hub.
• Skills in SharePoint, groups, Service, HotSOS, and Avaya.
• Fluency in a second language.
