Fagron's Austin office invites you to join a customer service team focused on delivering correct, timely support to internal and external customers. You will respond to inquiries, process orders in our ERP system, and coordinate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate order handling and swift follow-up.
The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service, preferably in medical devices or pharma, with excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
