Valiant Residential in Austin, TX is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, retention and occupancy with a strong customer service focus. You will greet prospects, qualify them, prepare move-in packages, and process applications to keep the community full.
Excellent English communication is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. You should be able to use office software and the Yardi system, and be flexible to work evenings and weekends to support resident satisfaction.
