Tempus is seeking a proactive Customer Success / Lab Liaison to support partner labs, manage sample and document requests, and coordinate shipping and receiving. You will communicate with diverse teams to ensure timely, accurate service and issue resolution.
In this role you’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Laboratory teams to meet customer retention goals and improve turnaround times, while building trusted relationships with lab staff and internal stakeholders.
