Description:

Customer Success & Growth Manager – U.S. Launch Team

As our Customer Success & Growth Manager and part of our U.S. Launch Team, you'll be the primary point of contact for daily users who rely on our robots to disinfect critical spaces in various environments, including pharmaceutical environments, while also helping us grow our customer base across the U.S. Your main priority is Customer Success: making sure customers are supported, successful, and excited to work with us.

In addition, you'll support our local sales efforts by executing SDR activities such as targeted outreach and getting in front of the right decision-makers. You'll work closely with our U.S.

-based co-founder, collaborate with our sales team, and coordinate with our engineering and product teams in the Netherlands to keep improving the customer experience. We're looking for an energetic, ambitious, and hands-on person who's ready to roll up their sleeves. This role is based in Austin, TX, working primarily from our office, with travel to customers and events as part of the job.

As a U.S. startup team, we operate in a tight-knit, ownership-driven environment. As we scale, there is significant opportunity to grow with us and take on increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

Drive Customer Success to ensure our customers become Loop Robots ambassadors Drive Deployments from coordination to execution Train and support Environmental Services (EVS) Staff at our customers to become confident and empowered Robot Operators Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads in the U.S. Conduct outreach (email, phone, Linked In) to introduce Loop Robots to our target audience. Support our U.S. Sales & Marketing team with presentations and at industry events and conferences across the US

Our U.S. Launch Team, starting with one of our co-founders who has relocated to Austin, TX The U.S. Sales & Marketing Team to support commercial success Our Netherlands-based Engineering and Product Teams EVS staff and Leadership teams across the country.

Required

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Living in the Austin, TX area Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles A hands-on, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities, no day is the same, and that excites you You have excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical users and people at all organizational levels, from EVS staff to Site Leadership Willingness and flexibility to travel to customer sites, conferences, and events across the US.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently across the country. Bonus: experience in a Customer Success or Sales role Bonus: experience at a tech startup
