Rosedale Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our growing, full-service hospital serving North-Central Austin and surrounding communities. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care while creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions and requests
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage and update patient medical records
• Assist with patient admissions and discharges
• Provide client education regarding wellness and preventive care services
• Safely assist with basic patient restraint when needed
• Support daily front desk operations and workflow
• Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing client interactions
• Experience processing payments and handling financial transactions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• General knowledge of wellness and preventive veterinary care preferred
