Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume inbound contact center support and a proven ability to deliver accurate, unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients while meeting performance metrics
.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to high-volume inbound calls regarding Medicaid eligibility, medical claims status, and program inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.
• Provide unbiased assistance and support problem resolution, escalating or transferring to other Call Center units as needed.
• Document all customer interactions in clear and concise online logs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance, quality, and attendance standards set by management.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Six months of high-volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months.
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with no schedule changes during the first 90 days.
• Clear verbal and written communication with strong documentation skills.
• Consistent attendance and adherence to performance metrics.
