Breedr, the US division, is seeking a proactive Customer Success professional to support ranchers and cattle producers. You will resolve issues, improve engagement, create helpful resources, and ensure a smooth journey with Breedr across the platform.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in tech support or customer-facing roles, a passion for agriculture, and strong Excel/Sheets skills. Travel (~3–5 times/yr) is required to meet customers.
