Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Claims Processor I, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and efficiently adjudicate warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collect and verify claim details, including part numbers, pricing information, and repair documentation from customers and technicians.
- Utilize critical thinking and research skills to determine the validity and coverage of warranty claims.
- Navigate company systems to accurately document customer interactions, claim information, and resolutions.
- Place outbound calls and communicate with customers, dealerships, and technicians to gather additional information and ensure timely claim processing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive warranty products, services, and industry developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service that promotes confidence and satisfaction throughout the claims experience.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, automotive warranty, or casualty claims industry is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Great Plains is considered an asset.
- English proficiency required, as the role involves communicating with customers, technicians, dealerships, and business partners via phone, email, and written correspondence on a daily basis.
