Logic Monitor in Austin, TX is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive product and partnership success for our customers. You will coach customers, enable adoption, ensure renewals, and uncover growth opportunities while collaborating with Account Owners and Executives.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in account management or customer success at a SaaS company, strong IT infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to navigate fast growth. Some travel 1–2 times per quarter is expected.
