Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency

Location: Murphy Insurance Services, LLC – Westlake Area, Austin, TX (In-Person Role)

Murphy Insurance Services is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive office environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Process documents and maintain accurate client records
• Support the sales team by following up with clients and preparing quotes
• Help with renewals and retention efforts
• Keep a positive attitude and contribute to a team-first culture

• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is preferred
• Must be organized, dependable, and able to multi-task
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be coachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A Texas P&C license is a bonus, but we’ll help the right candidate get licensed
