Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday | plus one addional weekend day

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry experience required
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products preferred

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Assist customers with making payments over the phone
• Enter payment and account information accurately
• Verify account details to ensure proper payment processing
• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
