Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule technicians across multiple service calls
• Communicate with customers - updates, ETAs, and problem-solving
• Prioritize emergency vs. routine service calls
• Coordinate with field techs, managers, and operations
• Manage work orders, service tickets, and system updates
• Keep jobs moving - delays are NOT your thing
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and urgency
• Be the calm in the chaos when things get busy
• On-call weekend rotation
• Ensure monthly maintenance are completed on-time with a prioritization on "critical" accounts

Skills

• 3-4+ years in:
• Dispatching
• Logistics
• HVAC / plumbing / mechanical industry
• Strong multitasking and organization skills
• Ability to think fast and solve problems on the fly
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication (you’ll talk to everyone - customers to techs)
• Tech-savvy (dispatch software, scheduling systems, etc.)
