Document Control Specialist

******* We are Hiring for a Document Control Specialist
******* Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience 7–10 years of experience in document control within industrial or project-based environments Experience supporting EPC, refinery, manufacturing, or large-scale plant projects strongly preferred Proficiency with EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Aconex, Open Text, or similar systems Strong working knowledge of Ms Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); scripting experience (Power Shell, VBA) is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain data integrity across large document sets (10,000+ records) Experience supporting large-scale (“mega”) projects (~$1B+, multi-year) preferred Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and document tracking skills Pay Range - $40/hr - $50/hr The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.
