Job Title

This position involves providing unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions. The role requires responding to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner, and documenting all encounters in clear and concise online logs.

• Six months high volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months.
• Must be available for any 8-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm.
• Attain and maintain strict required attendance and performance metrics.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Provide assistance to Medicaid providers and clients with eligibility and claims status inquiries.
• Assist with problem resolution as needed and transfer callers to other Call Center units as necessary.
• Meet individual performance standards and perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
