We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and empathetic Appointment Setter to join our team. You will play a critical role in converting inquiries into scheduled new-patient appointments while providing an exceptional experience throughout the process.

The Ideal Candidate: You are someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable spending most of the day on the phone, and understands that successful appointment setting requires consistency, persistence, and excellent communication. You should be motivated by measurable goals, able to handle rejection without becoming discouraged, and genuinely interested in helping prospective patients take the next step toward receiving life-changing care.

• Outbound Calling:
  Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective patients who have expressed interest in our services.
• Lead Nurturing:
  Follow up persistently with leads through multiple outreach attempts when necessary.
• Patient Engagement:
  Engage prospective patients in a professional, compassionate, and empathetic manner.
• Education & Guidance:
  Identify patient needs, answer questions appropriately, and help prospective patients understand the next steps in their wellness journey.
• Scheduling & Documentation:
  Schedule new-patient appointments and accurately document appointments and follow-up activity.

• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Highly articulate and confident on the phone.
• Empathy & Care:
  Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered approach. Empathetic and compassionate when speaking with individuals experiencing health concerns.
• Performance-Driven:
  Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Persistent, resilient, and motivated by measurable goals.
• Organization:
  Highly organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups and appointments simultaneously.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience:
  
  Previous appointment-setting, inside sales, call center, healthcare, or customer service experience is highly preferred.
