We're hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries during night shift hours. You'll be the voice of Calendar Jet, helping users resolve issues and ensuring a world-class support experience.
What You'll Do- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to ensure grammar accuracy and response quality
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- American or British English accent (required)
- Fluent English communication — written and verbal
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality
- Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for grammar and quality assurance
- Ability to maintain a natural, human tone even when using AI assistance
