Breeze Dental, a new model of dental care focused on preventing problems, not finding them. We’re looking for a dentist who’s passionate about prevention and aesthetics. • Competitive Pay:
  Daily rate of $750–$1,000 for the first 90 days, then transition to production-based pay

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create personalized treatment plans
• Prioritize and phase treatment to ensure patients achieve optimal oral health
• Provide engaging patient education on prevention, function, and total wellness
• Use iTero 3D scanning to educate patients and demonstrate treatment outcomes
• Explain the benefits of Invisalign and functional improvements in smile alignment
• Lead by example and mentor the hygiene team to deliver consistent, excellent care
• Collaborate closely with team members and build camaraderie within the practice

• DDS or DMD and an active state dental license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Passion for prevention-focused care
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Invisalign and CEREC is a strong plus

Compensation: $750 - $1,000 daily
