Combo Pedo/Ortho Assistant - Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in both pediatric and orthodontic dentistry? Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Combo Pediatric/Ortho Assistant to join our team!

Schedule:
  • Monday & Wednesday: Orthodontics
  • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: Pediatric Dentistry
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Requirements:
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License (Required)
  • No experience needed - willing to train the right candidate!

Education/Credentials:
  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Radiography requirements according to state regulations.
Job related experience:
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
  • Pediatric experience is preferred.
Job-related skills/competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Customer service oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with all staff and management.
  • Professional image reflecting Company Values.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and perform duties in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment such as fax and copy machines.
Working conditions:
  • Travel between offices if needed.
  • Participation in office meetings, continuing education, and morning huddles.
