Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Lone Star Pediatric Dental and Braces is seeking a dedicated and dependable Lead Dental Assistant to join our energetic and growing team! This is a combo role supporting both Pediatric and Orthodontic care, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
What We're Looking For:- Active RDA license required
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- EFDA‑coronal, sealant, and N2O certified
- Prior orthodontic or pediatric experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and team player
- Work with a passionate and supportive team
- Consistent weekday hours with no travel required

Education / Credentials- A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent
- Radiography requirements according to the state regulations
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired
- Pediatric experience, preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills – must establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with all staff and management
- Must project a capable and professional image reflective of company values
- Excellent organizational skills – strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner
- PC skills with ability to learn new software programs; computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office; experience with fax, copy machine, and general office equipment
- Travel between assigned offices, if needed
- Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events, and morning huddles
