Location:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Lone Star Pediatric Dental and Braces is seeking a dedicated and dependable Lead Dental Assistant to join our energetic and growing team! This is a combo role supporting both Pediatric and Orthodontic care, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

What We're Looking For:
  • Active RDA license required
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • EFDA‑coronal, sealant, and N2O certified
  • Prior orthodontic or pediatric experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and team player

Education / Credentials
  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent
  • Radiography requirements according to the state regulations
Job Related Experience
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired
  • Pediatric experience, preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills – must establish and maintain positive working relationships
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with all staff and management
  • Must project a capable and professional image reflective of company values
  • Excellent organizational skills – strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner
  • PC skills with ability to learn new software programs; computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office; experience with fax, copy machine, and general office equipment
Working Conditions
  • Travel between assigned offices, if needed
  • Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events, and morning huddles
