We are looking for an outstanding Dental Assistant who possesses a passion for patient care and a desire to provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with the ability to handle dental care tasks efficiently under the guidance of our dentists. This role involves direct patient interaction and contributes significantly to the first-class dental care we are known for.
With a structured format in place, the selected candidate will work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to our collective goal of premium dental health.
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Manage dental and radiographic imaging.
- Ensure operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
- Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepare treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
- Educate patients by giving oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.
- Document dental care services by charting in patient records.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience.
- Registered Dental Assistant certification is required (Texas).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English;
