Operations Manager

Overview

Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces - Bee Cave is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dual-specialty pediatric dental and orthodontic practice.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM.

• Lead, train, and support front and back office teams
• Manage daily operations for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics
• Maintain a positive, high-performing office culture
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Ensure strong patient experience, case acceptance, and patient retention
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, and RCM as needed
• Monitor compliance, safety, and staff certifications
• Meet practice performance goals, including NPS and financial targets

• 5+ years of leadership or practice management experience
• Dental/orthodontic experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coach teams, manage operations, and support providers
