Lonestar Pediatric Dental & Braces is seeking a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Dentist (Float) to join our growing team in the Austin area. This role will provide clinical support across multiple locations, delivering high-quality dental care to children while working under the clinical supervision of Dr. Randy Hamilton

As a Pediatric Dentist Float, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of care and maintaining excellent patient experiences across our practices. This is an ideal opportunity for a flexible, team-oriented provider who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with children of all ages.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, restorations, preventative treatments, and patient education
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences with a focus on comfort, trust, and communication
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams across multiple Austin‑area offices
• Support continuity of care by filling in for scheduled absences, PTO coverage, and volume needs
• Adhere to best practices, clinical protocols, and compliance standards
• Work under the clinical supervision and mentorship of Dr. Randy Hamilton

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric dentistry
• Excellent chairside manner with children and families
• Flexibility to travel between locations within the Austin market
• A positive, team‑focused attitude and commitment to quality care
