Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Help Create Confident Smiles That Last a Lifetime! Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry & Braces is seeking an experienced and energetic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. In this key role, you'll guide patients and families through their orthodontic journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience from consultation through treatment acceptance.

• 2–3 years of orthodontic experience required.
• Experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator preferred.
• Clinical assisting and front office experience is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Customer service–focused with a passion for helping patients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Dolphin Management and Ortho Fi is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
