Our growing practice, located in the heart of downtown Austin, is seeking a highly-skilled registered dental hygienist to join our existing hygiene team. The RDH will play a vital role with our team of Toothologists in providing quality dental care in an upscale and modern environment.

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about preventative care, patient education, and building lasting relationships with patients. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care.
ScheduleMon‑Thurs 7:30‑4:30, potential for one Friday a month 8‑2
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
- Conduct periodontal charting and thorough patient assessments
- Take and review digital radiographs (X-rays)
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative treatments
- Identify and communicate areas of concern to the doctor
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
- Create a comfortable and positive experience for patients
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the applicable state required
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to patient‑centered care
- A team player with an upbeat attitude
- Preferred:
Experience with laser therapy, experience with scanning 1 year or more, RDH experience
