Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and valued from the moment they step into our practice.
  • Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal scheduling for both patients and dental staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, safeguarding sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Assist in the management of patient recall and treatment planning, providing clear and helpful guidance to patients as needed.
  • Support the dental team by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between patients and dental professionals, acting as a reliable point of contact for inquiries.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring the front office is always equipped to meet daily operational needs without interruption.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a front office or administrative role, preferably in a dental setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and manage scheduling effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Open Dental software to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and helpful interactions between patients and dental professionals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, ensuring patient trust and privacy are maintained.
Compensation

$24 - $28 hourly
