We are a doctor‑led practice with a culture of autonomy. Admins never tell you how to practice. We provide Diamond Plus Invisalign services and are one of the top providers in Austin. We are leading the way in dental‑medical integration, partnering with healthcare groups to integrate care for patients, and strongly believe in the oral‑systemic connection.

We are opening our 3rd location on E 5th Street in Austin, TX.

• Deliver exceptional patient care by diagnosing and treating oral health issues with precision and empathy.
• Collaborate with healthcare partners to integrate dental and medical care, enhancing patient outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize Invisalign expertise to provide tailored orthodontic solutions, ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote oral health awareness.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance.
• Participate in practice management activities and contribute to the clinic’s growth through innovative ideas.

• Personable with strong leadership skills.
• Desire to work in a non‑corporate environment.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience; higher value given to those with additional training (CE, AEGD, etc.).
• Invisalign experience.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and constantly improve.
