Overview

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Treatment Coordinator who excels at building relationships with new and existing patients while helping grow a thriving orthodontic practice. This is an established, privately owned orthodontic office in North Central Austin seeking a long‑term team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences, driving practice growth, and contributing to a positive, collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with strong orthodontic knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for marketing and patient engagement. We are seeking someone who is excited to help grow the practice, embrace new opportunities, and be an integral part of our long‑term success.

Responsibilities
  • Highly motivated, positive, and self-driven professional.
  • Strong clinical and back‑office experience in orthodontics.
  • Experience with orthodontic billing, insurance, and collections.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build trust with patients and families.
  • Interest in marketing and helping grow the practice through community outreach and patient engagement.
  • Comfortable representing the practice by appearing in social media videos, promotional content, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of day‑to‑day orthodontic office operations.
  • Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to learning new processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with children, teens, adults, and fellow team members.
  • Willing and able to train and mentor other team members when needed.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of dental experience required, with orthodontic experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with patient scheduling.
  • Experience with insurance verification, billing, and collections.
  • Previous leadership, training, or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
