Job Description
CRN Dental Technology is a full‑service dental lab that makes dental appliances for dental offices.
We’re looking for friendly, detail‑oriented individuals with a positive attitude who understand how to work as a team. A busy work environment requires the ability to multi‑task and prioritize work requests accordingly. Dental office experience is a plus. Full‑time position, 8‑5 M‑F.
Responsibilities- Client Support
- Answering multi‑line phones
- Collections
- Scheduling cases
- Scheduling patients
- Disinfecting dental impressions
- Occasional deliveries (paid mileage)
- Dental office, or dental laboratory experience
- Excellent dispute resolution/customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with PC, copier, printer, telephone
- Excellent time management skills
- Quick Books and Microsoft applications a plus
- High school diploma/GED
- Highly organized
$21‑$25 per hour (depending on relevant experience)
