Traditional practice ownership includes $500K–$1M+ startup debt, payroll and staffing responsibilities, hiring and turnover stress, marketing and billing management, limited specialty support, and running the business alone. The THDC Partner Associate Model offers an established patient base, full specialty support, proven back-office systems, profit-sharing across the practice, no startup debt or ownership buy-in, and ownership-level earning potential with less risk.

Pay: $225,000–$300,000 per year. Work for you?

First 6 Months:
You will receive the greater of $800 per working day OR 42.5% of quarterly office Net Operating Income (NOI). This provides stability while you learn our systems, build your patient base, and grow your practice.

After 6 Months:
You will receive the greater of $700 per working day OR 42.5% of quarterly office Net Operating Income (NOI).
