Dental Patient Experience Coordinator in Northwest Austin | Full-Time | $16–24/hr DOE + Benefits + Growth

We’re a well-established family dental practice in Northwest Austin, and we’re looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who wants more than “just a front desk job.”

Dental front office experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Open Dental is a plus.

To create an exceptional patient experience while keeping the front office organized, productive, and relationship-focused.
This role owns the patient experience from first contact to checkout and helps drive schedule efficiency, patient retention, and team communication.
Core Responsibilities- Patient Communication
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and patient inquiries empathetically, promptly and professionally
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
- Scheduling & Conversion
- Convert new patient calls into scheduled appointments
- Schedule according to office templates and provider goals to keep it full
- Administrative Accuracy
- Verify all pertinent patient information and record accurately
- Complete assigned administrative follow-up tasks on time
- Team & Culture
- Teamwork and Communication with everyone to enhance patient experiences
- Coachable and systems oriented

- High phone answer and new patient conversion rates
- Patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for
- Schedules stay productive and organized
