Dental Patient Experience Coordinator in Northwest Austin | Full-Time | $16–24/hr DOE + Benefits + Growth

At Advanced Dental Care of Austin, we believe great dentistry starts before a patient ever sits in the chair—it starts with trust, relationships, and how people are treated.

We’re a well-established family dental practice in Northwest Austin, and we’re looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who wants more than “just a front desk job.”

Dental front office experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Open Dental is a plus.

This role owns the patient experience from first contact to checkout and helps drive schedule efficiency, patient retention, and team communication.

Core Responsibilities
  • Patient Communication
    • Answer phones, texts, emails, and patient inquiries empathetically, promptly and professionally
    • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out
  • Scheduling & Conversion
    • Convert new patient calls into scheduled appointments
    • Schedule according to office templates and provider goals to keep it full
  • Administrative Accuracy
    • Verify all pertinent patient information and record accurately
    • Complete assigned administrative follow-up tasks on time
  • Team & Culture
    • Teamwork and Communication with everyone to enhance patient experiences
    • Coachable and systems oriented
  • What Success Looks Like
    • High phone answer and new patient conversion rates
    • Patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for
    • Schedules stay productive and organized
    • Tasks are completed accurately with minimal follow-up
