What You'll Do

• Deliver stellar care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols that actually work.
• Inspire patients to own their oral and overall health through education and genuine motivation.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Build a welcoming, no-judgment zone where every patient feels genuinely valued.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

Licensed Dental Hygienist (or eligible for Texas licensure)

Compensation: $50-$55 per hour and $5,000 Sign On Bonus
