Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care
• Conduct thorough oral screenings, review medical histories, and take high-quality digital radiographs
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and customized home-care regimens
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records in compliance with practice standards
• Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a stellar patient experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Active and valid Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or processing in progress)
• Laser certification and Nitrous Oxide monitoring credentials preferred (but not required)
• Knowledge of Eaglesoft software preferred (but not required)
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (but not required)
• Strong clinical competencies with an emphasis on patient comfort, empathy, and education
• A positive, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communication skills
