License & Certification:
Active Texas RDA license (or completed within 90 days) and current BLS certification required.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience required.

Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Core Responsibilities
:
Provide high-tech chairside assistance during complex procedures utilizing a full suite of digital tools and Open Dental software.

Patient & Clinical Management
:
Guide patients using bilingual communication skills and intraoral photos, fabricate temporary crowns, and process diagnostic x-rays while coordinating patient flow through greeting and dismissal.

Compliance & Safety
:
Maintain a pristine clinical environment in full compliance with OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA standards.
