  Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice
• Licensure:
  Valid Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years of experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred (Mid-level).
• Certifications:
  
  Must be certified and confident in Dental Laser Therapy.
• Mindset:
  Professional communication skills, a team-oriented work ethic, and a patient-centered approach to care.

• Advanced Periodontal Therapy:
  Perform scaling and root planing with precision.
• Laser Therapy:
  Utilize dental laser certification for soft tissue management and adjunctive hygiene procedures.
