A creative & energetic Interior Architecture team is looking for a Project Manager for their Austin office! You will serve as a client contact and keep a small team on track and on-time with deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a happy-go-lucky personality that loves communication, people, and organization!
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the delegation and coordination of all project administrative, creative, and technical goals up to execution
- Create plans for project success, including, agreements and scope of project, project schedule, and project fee budget.
- Manage budgets & fees, schedules, project communications and documentation
- Participate in Staffing meetings and project team assignments
- Manage all consultant contracts and overall coordination with the architectural team.
- Oversee younger designers and ensure technical Q/A is implemented throughout project
- 10+ years Workplace Design Experience
- Experience in managing full-scale office design projects
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience and strong knowledge of OSHPD mandatory.
- Flexible Work Schedule
- Revit required
