Overview
Join a dynamic, design-driven architecture firm where you’ll lead impactful projects from concept through completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple small- to mid-scale efforts, shape project direction, and collaborate closely with talented designers and architects. Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate all aspects of multiple small- and mid-sized projects, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and team performance.
- Serve as a primary liaison to clients, delivering presentations, progress updates, proposals, and documentation while maintaining strong relationships.
- Provide leadership to project teams—delegating tasks, determining staffing needs, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop project work plans and oversee architectural work from concept/schematic design through construction administration.
- Participate in quality assurance and control, construction administration, jobsite visits, and resolution of project issues, RFIs, and submittals.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities with proven experience managing shifting priorities and solving complex problems.
- Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems, construction methodologies, sustainability, design trends, and material applications.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Deltek Vision, Newforma, and Revit/BIM
360; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Enscape, and Sketch Up preferred. - Ability to translate client ideas into compelling visual and technical documentation, with strong presentation and mentorship capabilities.
- Professional degree in architecture, architectural licensure, and 10+ years of post-graduate architectural experience; LEED, WELL, NCARB, AIA, or related credentials preferred.
- Full-time position with flexible start times and occasional evening/weekend work as needed.
