Project Architect​/Project Manager

Position:

We are seeking a talented Architect with 5–10 years of experience to lead project teams and be responsible for the development of residential and commercial projects. Candidates should be passionate about creating thoughtful, sustainable spaces while fostering strong client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work on all phases of a project—from pre-design through construction administration—while engaging deeply in design, technical detailing, and team leadership.

Qualifications:

Architect with 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

LEED certification (preferred).

Ability to lead a team of 3 to 5 designers and coordinate consultants.

Strong detailing and design skills.

Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (Sketch Up/Enscape a plus).

Relevant experience in all phases of a project.

Excellent communication skills, graphically and verbally.

Collaborative, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
