A design-focused architecture firm in Austin is seeking an experienced Project Leader to join its fully in-office team. This is an opportunity for a personable, confident architect who excels in client interaction, team leadership, and complex project delivery. Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects through all phases, from concept to construction administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and capable communication.
  • Manage schedules, deliverables, workflows, and documentation with strong organizational skill.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and design quality, with a deep understanding of building systems and construction.
  • Mentor junior staff and support an engaged, positive, studio-based culture.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience.
  • High-rise residential experience required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of detailing, systems, materials, and construction processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Must work fully in?office at the firm’s Austin studio.
